Joe Harris will sit out the remainder of the season, according to Brooklyn Nets GM Sean Marks.
As Marks told Yes Network, Harris will undergo ankle surgery and will miss the rest of the season.
The All-Star forward last played for Brooklyn on November 14, when the Nets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder.
After having surgery in mid-November, Harris would remain out of action for four to eight weeks. However, a setback in January pushed his return back and his injury now requires a second surgery.

With 19 games left for the regular season, Brooklyn decided to shut Joe Harris down in order to fully recover.
The 30-year-old forward will make a full recovery, therefore he will be ready for the start of the 2022/23 season.
Brooklyn has struggled this season. Kevin Durant’s and Harris’ injuries, James Harden trade and Kyrie Irving’s playing status led to chemistry issues for the squad.
As a result, the Nets are eighth in the East, at 32-31. They currently are on a two-game losing streak and will seek to snap it vs the East leaders Miami Heat (41-22) tonight.
