While the Los Angeles Lakers weren’t able to be present in the postseason, we all know LeBron James “breaths” basketball, and he was called to speak about Luka Doncic in the latest episode of Uninterrupted The Shop.
The Lakers’ superstar confirmed he’s a fan of the Dallas Mavericks’ star and explained the reason he’s a special talent. James claimed that Doncic is one of his favorite player to watch in the NBA in the past.
“His size. I mean, he’s gigantic. A 6-8 point guard. He’s 225 pounds. He has the ball on a string. And more importantly, his vision. He can control a game, he doesn’t even have to shoot,” James replied on why Doncic is special.
“Literally, he’ll walk the ball up ten straight times and get to his spot every single time, just because of his pace” James continued.
In the same conversation, James stated that he would love to own an NBA team and Las Vegas will be his preferred market if the NBA expands more in the future. Recently, Adam Silver said there are no immediate plans for an NBA expansion at this time.
However, he mentioned Las Vegas and Seattle as a potential markets if the NBA decides to add more teams.
“As I’ve said before, we were in Seattle. I’m sorry we are no longer there. We have a WNBA team in Seattle in an almost brand-new building that’s doing spectacular. And Las Vegas, where we will be at our Summer League in July, has shown itself to be a great sports market as well.”
