Golden State seeking championship glory in Boston – betting tips

At TD Garden, the Boston Celtics welcome the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 (series currently at 2-3). Should Steve Kerr’s guys win tonight, they secure their fourth NBA championship in eight years.

In Game 5, Golden State put up an excellent performance defensively, especially in the first half (94-104). Andrew Wiggins stepped up for his team by recording 26 points and 13 rebounds. Klay Thompson (21 points) and Stephen Curry (16 points, 8 assists) also made an impact for the Warriors.

For its part, Boston failed to break the home-court advantage once again in this series. Jayson Tatum performed really well (27 points, 10 boards). Other than that, only three players scored more than 10 points, proving the struggle Boston faced offensively.

Ime Udoka’s guys need to win tonight, in order to force a Game 7 in San Francisco. I believe they will do so, and this is my first betting tip (odds at 1.65). Furthermore, I pick Jayson Tatum to finish the game with a double-double (odds at 2.42).

He has done so in the last game and I think he is more than capable to repeat it. My fun bet will be both teams to score more than 109 points respectively (odds at 4.45). We have yet to witness such a performance from both teams in this series.

I expect a high-scoring game, especially if this game is decided in the last minutes or even in overtime. Therefore, the option of over 210 points tonight is considered pretty safe (odds at 1.88)

Safe bets:
Celtics to win (1.65)
Over 210.5 points (1.88)

Value bet:
Jayson Tatum double-double (2.42)

Fun bet:
Both teams over 110.5 points (4.45)
