Stephen Curry named MVP of the NBA Finals

Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors to the 2022 NBA championship and won the Finals MVP award.

The four-time NBA champion averaged 31.2 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the series with the Boston Celtics and was the main reason the Warriors claimed the title (4-2).

This was the fourth NBA championship in eight years for Stephen Curry and Golden State and seventh overall for the franchise.

In Game 6, the superstar guard led the way for the winners with 34 points, on 12/21 shooting and 6/11 from beyond the arc. He also had seven rebounds and seven assists in 40 minutes on the floor.
