Andrew Wiggins is confident the Golden State Warriors will be even better next season, as they will be fighting to defend their title.
The Warriors returned to the top of the NBA after a four-year absence and the All-Star forward believes Golden State’s reign is far from over.
“As good as we were this year, I feel like next year we’re going to be even better,” Andrew Wiggins said, via Kylen Mills of Kron4.
Wiggins was the X-factor for the Warriors in the postseason and the NBA Finals and is expected to remain with the franchise long term.
He is now entering the final year of his current contract, worth $33,6M, and is eligible for an extension this offseason.
"I would love to stay here."
