PJ Tucker has decided to part ways with the Miami Heat and enter free agency. This is what Shams Charania of The Athletic reports, noting that the veteran forward will opt out of his player option, worth $7.4M.
An excellent on and off-ball defender, Tucker is expected to attract interest from several title contenders. Re-signing with the Heat, though, and agreeing to a new deal is also an option for the 37-year-old forward.
