Jerami Grant has joined the Portland Trail Blazers via a trade from the Detroit Pistons. As part of the trade, the Pistons will receive a protected 2025 first-round pick and additional draft assets.
Per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Blazers will absorb Grant’s $21M salary using a trade exception. As a result, they pair the all-around forward with superstar guard Damian Lillard, aiming to become a playoff contender.
