Real Madrid officially announced they have parted ways with forward Trey Thompkins, who leaves the club after seven years.
The American forward didn’t have much playing time this season, because of injuries, and appeared in just 13 EuroLeague games, averaging 5.7 points and 2.2 rebounds.

Thompkins won a total of 13 titles with Real Madrid in all competitions (1 EuroLeague championship, 4 Spanish League titles, 4 Spanish Super Cup titles, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 3 Copa Del Rey trophies).

In the 2021/22 season, he won the ACB title, while losing in the Copa Del Rey Final (to Barcelona) and the EuroLeague Championship Game (to Anadolu Efes).
