Lorenzo Brown acquires Spanish nationality

Lorenzo Brown officially acquired the Spanish citizenship, as announced by the Boletin Oficial del Estado, BOE. Brown is expected to make his first appearance in the 2022 EuroBasket.

Brown averaged 13.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 17.3 PIR for UNICS Kazan in the EuroLeague last season. Last week, he joined Israeli powerhouse Maccabi Tel Aviv on a  two-year deal.
