Crvena Zvezda has agreed to a new, two-year deal with captain Branko Lazic, the club announced on Wednesday. The new deal includes a team option for the 2023/24 season.
The 33-year-old guard averaged 3.7 points, on 86.4% free throw shooting, in 25 EuroLeague games last season.
He also helped Zvezda win the Serbian League, the Serbian Cup and the ABA League, respectively. Lazic is entering his 12th season with Crvena Zvezda, as he joined the team in 2011.
