Mike James has agreed to a two-year contract extension with Monaco, according to Basketnews.com. Per the report, the deal will keep the American guard with the club until the end of the 2023/24 season.
James was one of the best Monaco players last season, averaging 16.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.2 steals in the EuroLeague.
Mike James helped the Monegasques reach the EuroLeague playoffs for the first time in club history and come a step away from the Final Four, losing to Olympiacos in Game 5.
Monaco will bolster its roster this offseason and is set to sign Elie Okobo, Jordan Loyd, John Brown and Donta Hall (contract extension).
