Partizan Belgrade announced the signing of veteran forward James Nunnally. The former Maccabi forward has agreed to join the Serbian powerhouse until the end of the 2022-23 season.
Nunnally had a great season in Israel, averaging 13.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in the EuroLeague. This deal brings Nunnally back together with coach Zeljko Obradovic after they two worked together in Fenerbahce.

The forward is the third reinforcement for Partizan ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, which will find the ABA finalist in the EuroLeague again after several years. In addition to Maccabi, Nunnally played for Fenerbahce and Olimpia Milano among others.
He also has some NBA experience with Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, Minnesota and New Orleans before making it to Europe. Nunnally will add EuroLeague experience to the competition’s returnee.
Prior to Nunnally, Partizan also announced that the team parted ways with captain Rade Zagorac. Zagorac became the third player to depart from the Belgrade-based team after Nemanja Dangubic and Dallas Moore.
