Lundberg, 27, last played for the Phoenix Suns becoming the first Danish-born player in the NBA. Appearing in four games, he averaged 3.3 points, 2.8 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 0.8 steals per contest.

He will help in Bologna’s first EuroLeague campaign in 14 years having an experience of 39 games in the European top-tier competition. Lundberg spent one and a half year with CSKA Moscow before departing the club last March.
He registered 9.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 0.9 steals per game in his 39 career appearances in the EuroLeague. Prior to CSKA and Phoenix, the Denmark national player spent time with teams in Poland, Spain and Denmark.
The explosive guard became the third new signing for the team coached by Sergio Scariolo after Jordan Mickey and Ismael Bako.
