Spain announces preliminary roster ahead of the 2022 EuroBasket

Spain NT announced the preliminary squad ahead of the 2022 EuroBasket as Sergio Scariolo and his team is also preparing for the FIBA Basketball World Cup qualifiers.

Spain will rely on a mix of players from the NBA and Turkish Airlines EuroLeague in upcoming international fixtures. Lorenzo Brown, who recently acquired a Spanish passport, is also included in the roster.

Head coach Sergio Scariolo picked up 22 players including several young prospects from the team that won gold medals in the recent 2022 FIBA U20 European Championship.
