Tim Duncan will present Manu Ginobili when the former Spurs’ star is inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame next month. David Robinson presented Duncan last year, and Ginobili was in attendance along with Tony Parker.
Manu Ginobili played his entire 16-year career with the Spurs, winning four Larry O’Brien’s and making two All-Star teams. He also helped Argentina win gold at the 2004 Summer Olympics and became the only South American team to do so.
Hoop Hall, the website of the Hall of Fame, released the list of presenters on Monday, August 15, showing that Duncan is paired with Ginobili. The Class of 2022 induction ceremony will take place on September 10 in Springfiled, Massachussetts.
Among other notable inductees like Tim Hardaway and head coach George Karl and WNBA legend Swin Cash, Ginobili will become the first Argentinian player to enter the Basketball Hall of Fame.
