Tomas Satoransky says he’s “mentally stronger” after NBA experience

Tomas Satorasky returned to FC Barcelona after six years in the NBA. Satoransky made his first appearance in the team’s uniform recently and he revealed what has changed for him player since the last time he was with the club.

“I want continue living the dream by wearing this great club’s jersey after my experience in the NBA. I am mentally stronger and more assured after those six years, which will help us achieve our targets”, Satoransky noted.

The guard from Czech Republic played for FC Barcelona for two seasons before making the jump to the NBA. ‘Sato’ has played a total of 388 games with an average of 7.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 22 minutes per playing for the Bulls, Pelicans and Wizards.

“Sato” will have to cover for Nikola Mirotic‘s role at the start of the season as the superstar player of the team alongside fellow Czech Republic star Jan Vesely, who also joined the Catalans this past summer.

Nikola Kalinic, Jan Vesely, Oriol Paulí, Tomas Satoransky, Mike Tobey and Oscar da Silva were officially presented as FC Barcelona players after making their debuts in the jersey.
