German BBL Round Up (Week 2): Bayern overcomes Skyliners before EuroLeague opener

Led by a strong guard duo of Corey Walden and Cassius Winston, FC Bayern Munich won its first game away from Audi Dome beating Fraport Skyliners 84-73. Corey Walden was the second-best scorer of the game with 17 points for the winners

A 21-2 run by FC Bayern Basketball in the middle of the first half set the tone early on and led the Bavarians to the victory. Cassius Winston delivered again a convincing performance with 23 points and three assists in just under 20 minutes.

The Bavarians new EuroLeague season starts this week with a home game against Fenerbahce on Thursday evening.
