EuroLeague Fantasy: 4 Players to upgrade your team ahead of Round 2

EuroLeague Fantasy has begun last week, and now the players are preparing their teams for Round 2 of the competition.

Here are four players that could upgrade your EuroLeague Fantasy League team:

1. Othello Hunter – Bayern Munich

Othello Hunter was the only bright spot in Bayern Munich’s defeat at the hands of Fenerbahce in Audi Dome. Hunter accumulated 27 fantasy points ranking among the best performers of Round 1. He finished the contest with 18 points, eight rebounds (3 OFF), and three assists. He is also a relatively cheap option with a price tag of 7.9 credits.

2. Billy Baron – Olimpia Milan

Billy Baron had an excellent start to his Milan career in the 2022-23 EuroLeague season. He was one of the top performers of Round 1, scoring 18 points, grabbing four rebounds, and handing out five assists. Baron is the best option coming off the bench because he will be running the point. In the past week, he played more minutes than Kevin Pangos did. Barron could be a good choice (8.5 CR) as the third-string star on your EuroLeague Fantasy team.

3. Shavon Shields – Olimpia Milan

Shavon Shields is expected to make his debut in the 2022-23 EuroLeague season against ALBA Berlin on Friday night. He is a lucrative option, as he is worth more than 10 credits (12.9). However, he could also be a valuable option as the second or third most expensive player in your team. Shields appeared to be in top form during Sunday’s domestic league game, scoring five points with six rebounds and six assists over 24 minutes.

4. Darius Thompson – Baskonia

Baskonia guard Darius Thompson was a surprising selection in round 1 of the EuroLeague Fantasy players. Thompson helped Baskonia cruise to victory over Valencia Basket with eight points, 11 assists, and zero turnovers(!!). Against Partizan could also be a crucial part of Baskonia’s effort to go up 2-0. Thompson played 27 minutes in Round 1, and he could be a decent addition worth 11 CR going into Round 2.
