Desmond Bane is not expected to return to the Memphis Grizzlies lineup before the end of December, as he is dealing with a toe injury.
The star guard of the Grizzlies is recovering from a right big toe sprain and sesamoid injury and will miss another three to four weeks, the team said in a statement.

Desmond Bane has been out since mid-November and his return is set to take place in early to mid-January. He has been off to a great start, averaging 24.7 points and career highs in rebounds (4.9), assists (4.8), and 3-point percentage (45.1) in 12 league games.
The Memphis Grizzlies are on a four-game winning streak and are third in the West standings (16-9), just 0.5 games behind the West leaders New Orleans Pelicans (16-8).
