Lorenzo Brown is dealing with an ankle injury and will miss two to three weeks, Maccabi Tel-Aviv officially announced on Friday.
The American guard, and 2022 EuroBasket champion with Spain (as a naturalized player), got injured during Thursday’s home win over ALBA Berlin (87-74) and suffered a sprained ankle.

Lorenzo Brown has posted averages of 16.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, six assists and a PIR of 17 in 20 games this season. His condition will be re-evaluated in 10 days, the team’s statement reads.
Maccabi Tel-Aviv is still holding the final playoff spot in the EuroLeague standings, with an 11-9 record.
