Anthony Davis is expected to make his long-awaited return to the LA Lakers’ lineup Wednesday vs the San Antonio Spurs.
After missing 20 games with a foot injury, the superstar big man will play vs the Spurs, barring any setbacks in his pregame warmup, and will be on minutes restriction.

Anthony Davis got injured on December 16 against the Denver Nuggets and missed almost six weeks with a fractured bone spur and stress reaction in his right foot.
Coming off a blowout home loss to the LA Clippers on Tuesday (115-133), the Lakers are 13th in the West standings with a 22-26 record, while going 10-10 during Davis’ absence, with eight wins in their past 13 games.
Anthony Davis is averaging a career-high 12.1 rebounds with 27.4 points, 2.1 blocks and 1.3 steals per game in his 11th NBA season.
