Devin Booker has entered the final stage of his recovery and is getting closer to his return to the Phoenix Suns’ lineup.
The superstar guard has missed the past five weeks with a left groin strain, but the team is hopeful he will play Tuesday vs the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center.
Devin Booker is expected to join the Suns as they tip off a five-game road trip with games vs the Boston Celtics (Friday) and Detroit Pistons (Saturday).

Booker, who is averaging 27.1 points this season, has missed 23 games due to injuries to his hamstring and groin.
Meanwhile, Phoenix is currently seventh in the West standings with a 27-25 record, and one game out of the fourth place.
