Real Madrid stays strong at home to end Armani Milano’s 6-game win streak

Real Madrid made another step towards the home-court advantage after edging Armani Milano in a late thriller at Wizink Center (91-87).

It was a hard-fought game from start to finish, as no team led by more than eight points. In the end, the Italians had to hit one big shot to stun the “Whites”, but Johannes Voigtmann missed a key three-pointer in the final seconds and stepped out of bounds in the final play. Hence, the hosts went on to protect their home and win the game.

Dzanan Musa led all scorers with 27 points and a PIR of 38, while Walter Tavares added 17 points and eight rebounds for the winners. On the other hand, Shabazz Napier stepped up for the Italians with 17 points and eight assists, but couldn’t hand his team the victory.
