Real Madrid has become the second team to reach the EuroLeague playoffs and will play in the postseason for another year.
The “Whites” (20-9 in the standings) would qualify for the postseason with a Fenerbahce loss and this is what happened on Tuesday night, when the Turkish powerhouse lost to Armani Milano at home (75-82).
Hence, and with five games to go for the regular season finale, Real Madrid can’t drop outside the playoff zone and is also close to the home-court advantage.

The Spanish powerhouse currently sits alone in second place, just one victory behind league leaders Oympiacos (21-8), the only other playoffs qualifier to date. The two teams are the favorites for a Top-2 finish as well.
Real will take on Virtus Bologna (road), Fenerbahce (home), Partizan (road), Bayern Munich (home) and Maccabi Tel-Aviv (road) in their remaining five games.
