EuroCup semi-finals teams, schedule revealed

Four teams have clinched their spot in the semi-finals of the 2022/23 EuroCup, following the conclusion of the quarter-finals on Wednesday.

Turk Telekom trailed for 35 minutes, but turned things around in the fourth quarter behind a 12-0 run and went on to defeat Ratiopharm Ulm (86-76) and reach the semi-finals.

The Turks will now take on Prometey, which became the second Ukrainian team to get this far in the competition after dominating Promitheas at home (80-57). Prometey is now on a 13-game winning streak and will have the home-court advantage in the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, Joventut Badalona reached the semi-finals after a strong finish that saw the Spanish club earn a hard-fought home win over Hapoel Tel-Aviv in an electrifying atmosphere (82-74).

Last but not least, in a high-scoring, fun-to-watch game, Gran Canaria qualified for the semi-finals after its emphatic home victory over Paris Basketball (104-74).

Gran Canaria advanced to the EuroCup semifinals for the third time in club history, following previous appearances in 2015, 2016 and 2021. It will have the home-court advantage in its game against Joventut next week.
