Isaiah Canaan with a message to Olympiacos fans: “Looking forward to seeing you. Really glad that you guys traveled with us”

Isaiah Canaan sent a message to Olympiacos fans who travelled to Kaunas for the EuroLeague Final Four ahead of the semi-final with Monaco.

The American guard spoke to Hedgeout.net and Yiannis Bouranis before Olympiacos’ final practice and thanked the fans for their support. He also talked about how he approaches these games, which will be his last ones with the “Reds” this season, and what he expects for the clash with the Monegasques.

On his first EuroLeague Final Four with Olympiacos: “Excited, another chance to get out there and showcase what you can do. it i s time to get out there, execute and get the job done”

On Monaco sweeping the regular-season series vs the “Reds”: “That was the regular season, this is the Final Four, that’s the big difference. We have to stick to the game plan, try to execute and I really like our chances”

On his message for Olympiacos fans: “Looking forward to seeing you. Really glad that you guys traveled with us, we will feel your energy tomorrow and hopefully we will get it done”

On these being his last games with Olympiacos this season: “Of course, you always want to go out on top. Like I always said, this is a half the reason why I wnated to join this team, this organization, be in a position to compete and fight for a championship and now I have to take full advantage of it”

This will be the 10th time Monaco and Olympiacos will collide in the EuroLeague with the Monegasques leading the series 5-4. Monaco swept the “Reds” this season, winning both games.
