Barcelona will not remain in Kaunas to watch the EuroLeague Championship Game and will leave after the end of the Third-Place Game vs Monaco.
The Catalans had scheduled a departure flight after the end of the Championship Game on Sunday midnight, but they have changed their plans and will leave on Sunday evening.
Barcelona failed to advance to the Championship Game for a second straight year and has not won the title since Sarunas Jasikevicius took over in 2020. The Lithuanian head coach, who led the club to three straight Final Fours, could leave the team in the summer.
After a loss in the semifinal, Barcelona's organization made some changes regarding the team's travel.
