Damian Lillard moves to Bucks in a blockbuster 3-team trade

Damian Lillard has joined the Milwaukee Bucks as part of a three-team trade with the Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns. Portland will get Jrue Holiday and Deandre Ayton in return, while Phoenix will acquire Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen, Nassir Little and Keon Johnson.

With the deal becoming complete in the coming days, the Damian Lillard trade saga comes to an end, after the All-Star guard’s desire to leave the franchise after 11 years. Even though he wanted to join the Miami Heat, he ends up with Milwaukee, making the Bucks the No.1 favorite to win the East and play in the NBA Finals for the second time in four years.

Damian Lillard has the chance to fight for the championship playing alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo, while the “Greek Freak” now has another superstar on the roster, with the Bucks going all-in for the title.
