Greece, Spain among the grand favorites to host the 2024 Olympic Qualifying Tournaments

Greece and Spain have been among the grand favorites to host two of the four Olympic Qualifying Tournaments next summer. According to Donatas Urbonas of Basketnews, Greece, Spain, Latvia and Puerto Rico are frontrunners to host the four Qualifying Tournaments and the official announcement should be made within the next two or three days.

The official draw for the four Olympic Qualifying Tournaments will take place this Monday, November 27, so the host countries will have been announced before this date. The Qualifying Tournaments will be played between July 2-7, while the Olympics will start in late July (July 27 – August 11).

The 24 teams that will compete for the four final spots of the Olympic Games are as follows:
