Anadolu Efes continues to deal with injuries to key players and is expected to be short-handed when they host Panathinaikos on Tuesday at Sinan Erdem Dome. The Turks have already ruled Elijah Bryant, Ante Zizic, Tibor Pleiss and Derek Willis out. All four of them are dealig with various injuries.
To make matters worse, star forward Will Clyburn will remain out of action until mid-December, as he is dealing with an injury to his left leg. The American forward has averages of 11.7 ppg, 5.3 rpg and 2.3 apg, with Efes having five wins and six losses after the first 11 games of the season.
On Sunday, versatile guard and sharpshooter Rodrigue Beaubois suffered an injury in a domestic league game and his status remains up in the air for Tuesday.
This will be the first time that current Panathinaikos coach Ergin Ataman will face Anadolu Efes as an opponent, with the Turkish club having already announced that all tickets have been sold.

After Tuesday’s game vs the “Greens”, Efes will travel to Germany to take on ALBA berlin, which has won only once this season (1-10).
