Kendrick Nunn, Panathinaikos agree to 2-year extension

After its triumphant return to EuroLeague Final-4, Panathinaikos have come to an agreement for a two-year extension with superstar guard Kendrick Nunn as Chema De Lucas of Eurohoops report.

The news were reported immediately after the end of Game 5 between the Greens and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Nunn finished the contest with 26 points with many of them coming in the second half of the game.

Nunn finished the series with an average of 19.2 points. He had averages of 15.9 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists and a PIR of 11.7 through 33 appearances in the EuroLeague season.

The former Lakers and Heat guard change the season trajectory once he joined the Greek powerhouse in November. The Greek powerhouse went 21-7 in the 28 appearances with Kendrick Nunn with the team.

According to the report, the Oakland native has an NBA out this season and he can leave the team if an NBA club make a proposal to him. The NBA-out stands until July 15 for the 2024/25 season and the next offseason.

Eurohoops also report that the American will earn around 5 million euros for the next two seasons.
