Crvena Zvezda announce another offseason move with the addition of former Efes forward Mike Daum. This will be the third offseason addition for the “Red and Whites” who are hoping to make noise in the next EuroLeague regular season.
Crvena Zvezda revealed that the American forward signed a one-year deal with an option for a second year (1+1). Daum was a surprising signing for Efes after the start of the season as the Turkish club agreed to a deal with the South Dakota State alumni in November.
Daum started last season in Bertram Derthona Tortona and averaged 12.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists in three Basketball Champions League appearances with the Italian side.
The forward made his debut in the EuroLeague with Anadolu Efes shooting efficiently from both the 2-point and 3-point range.
Mike Daum made 11 EuroLeague appearances averaging 9.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and a PIR of 7.6 while shooting 76.0 percent on two-pointers and making his threes on a 41.3 percent shooting clip.
Crvena Zvezda informed that they are more offseason signings to come going deeper into the offseason. The Reds have already added Nikola Kalinic, Uros Plavsic and Isaiah Canaan. Daum is their fourth signing for the summer.
