According to Greek media outlets, Omer Yurtseven is finalizing a deal with Panathinaikos to become the Greens’ final offseason signing. The Turkish big man will sign a two-year contract with the reigning EuroLeague champions, which will keep him with the team through the end of the 2025/26 season.
Omer Yurtseven was in talks with Panathinaikos for a couple of weeks and it appears there is a deal in place between the two sides, which will be made official soon. He will become the second offseason signing for the Greens, who will complete their roster for the 2024/25 season.
The former NBA player spent the previous season with the Utah Jazz, with averages of 4.6 points and 4.3 rebounds in 11.4 minutes of action.
