EuroLeague betting tips: Value bets for Friday (Dec.6)

The EuroLeague Round 14 finale is ahead of us, with four games taking place on Friday night. In the headliner of the night, Olympiacos hosts Paris Basketball in a battle between the Top-3 seeded teams so far this season. Paris Basketball are on a superb streak with 9 wins in a row, while the Reds are winners of 7 of their last 8 games.

AS Monaco is hosting ALBA Berlin in the Day 2 opener for Round 14, while Virtus Bologna will play its first game after parting ways with coach Luca Banchi against Zvezda. In Friday’s action conclusion, the red-hot Milan will face ASVEL with both teams coming off wins in the previous games.

Friday games feature a good number of value and safe bets so in the current article, we will focus on offering some valid predictions.

Sasha Vezenkov to knock down 2 3-pointers

Sasha Vezenkov return has not been characterized by steady shot-making from beyond the arc. The Olympiacos superstar and 2023 EuroLeague MVP is registering 1.3 three-point makes in 3.5 attempts per game. He had 2 makes in the win against AS Monaco despite playing injured.

Paris is a great defensive team, but we could take a little risk believing that Vezenkov will step up and knock down 2 threes (odds: 1.95) in tonight’s game. The Bulgarian international has only knocked 2 or more threes in 3 occasions since he returned to the EuroLeague the past summer.

Alpha Diallo OVER 13.5 Points

AS Monaco is coming off a defeat against Olympiacos and will try to bounce back over ALBA Berlin on Friday night. Alpha Diallo has been the first player to benefit from the coaching change as Vassilis Spanoulis started his career in the Principality with one win and one loss.

Diallo scores 22.5 points and grabs 5.0 rebounds in 29.5 minutes per contest in the prior two games. We expect to do the same against an easier opponent than Panathinaikos and Olympiacos so we believe that scoring more than 13.5 points (odds: 1.95) against the Berliners is plausible.

Zach LeDay OVER 14.5 Points

Over the past few weeks, Milan has been on a winning spree, having six wins in the last seven games. Zach LeDay has been a deciding factor for the Italian giants and his ability to perform well alongside Nikola Mirotic is providing value for his team. LeDay is putting up a EuroLeague career-high of 15.5 points per on 52/56/89 shooting splits while adding 4.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists on average.

The veteran forward/center is making most of his chances under Ettore Messina especially during the last seven EuroLeague games having scored more than 14 points in six of them. It’s not a coincidence that Milan went 6-1 during that stint and LeDay scoring more than 14 points (odds:1.85) is a solid wager for Friday night.

In conclusion, here are our recommendations for tonight’s EuroLeague action:

Sasha Vezenkov OVER 1.5 makes from three

odds:1.95

Alpha Diallo OVER 13.5 points

odds: 1.95

Zach LeDay OVER 14.5 points

odds: 1.85
