John Brown has not played at all this season, as he was recovering from a shoulder injury. Brown sustained the injury before the end of the 2023/24 season and became a free agent, as Monaco parted ways with him in the offseason.

The former Monaco player had averages of 6.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.1 steals, for a PIR of 8.4 for the Monegasques last season.

Meanwhile, Crvena Zvezda is fighting to maintain a playoff push and is currently 10th in the standings with a 7-7 record. The Serbians have ruled Filip Petrusev out for the match against the Reds as part of the agreement between the two teams. Petrusev plays for Zvezda on loan from Olympiacos.
