Germany became the latest big-time national team to secure its place in the final phase of EuroBasket 2025. Four tickets remained available after the end of Friday’s action with Iceland, Montenegro and Sweden following the Germany NT to Latvia, Cyprus, Poland and Finland on Sunday’s action.
Germany cruised past Bulgaria to win its qualification, while Iceland won against Turkey and left Hungary out of the final 24 team. The draw regarding the final phase of the competition, which will take place between 28 August and 14 September, is set to be on March 27, 2025.
