The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to a contract extension with Kawhi Leonard, Adrian Wojnarowski reports. The veteran superstar agreed to a contract extension worth $153 million for three seasons.
Leonard was on a potential expiring deal as he has a player option for the next season worth $48.7 million. The Clippers announced the agreement officially but did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

The NBA insider also reported that the Clippers are in contract extension negotiation with fellow superstar Paul George. Earlier in the year, the LA franchise went all-in by trading for the expiring contract of James Harden.
Despite a bad spell during the first weeks of the trade, Leonard, George and Harden has led the Clippers to a dominant run having the team among the amonge the best in the West with a 23-13 record.
