Tornike Shengelia available to play vs Olympiacos – EuroLeague Round 28 injury report

EuroLeague Round 28 features a big game between Olympiacos and Virtus Bologna at Peace and Friendship Stadium on Thursday. The two powerhouses are fighting for the home-court advantage in the playoffs and one win separates them at the moment, with the Italians having a 17-10 record and the Greeks a 16-11, respectively.

Virtus will have superstar big man Tornike Shengelia available eventually, even though he was dealing with an ankle injury he sustained last week. The Georgian power forward was questionable, but travelled with the team to Piraeus and he will be in the lineup.

On the other hand, Olympiacos have already ruled out Thomas Walkup (ankle) and Giannoulis Larentzakis (knee), while Naz Mitrou-Long (shoulder) is doubtful. Still, Nigel Williams-Goss (hamstring) returns to the lineup after a two-week absence.
