AS Monaco continued its perfect run (3-0) in the LNB Pro A as Sasa Obradovic’s team cruised past Roanne 109-85. Mike James led the way with 20 points as Monaco forced 30 turnovers to dominate on both ends of the floor.
Knocking in 15/27 three-pointers was key in maintaining a safe lead and going up to 1-2 for ASVEL LDLC. Nando de Colo was limited to 18 minutes in the easy 102-84 win over Bourg-en-Bresse.
Rushing to a double-digit lead in the first quarter created enough distance to race to a comfortable victory in Round 3. Youssoupha Fall was the best performer for the winners with 20 points and seven rebounds. Amine Noua added 13 for the 2022 reigning champions.
